I guess if I am for any change if it is going to make the retrieving requirement better and not worse or more diluted. There I am done now. That's all well and good, but you have to get the non-ret breeds on board then as well. And the FC standards in the retrieving dept are the domain of the breed...

Locally, we vary rarely see a Brit entered in a FT other than a Brit FT. So, constructing a FT open to All pointing breeds with the exception of Brits isn't really going to accomplish much.

They've built a juggernaut of an operation....good for them. I wish Gordons could replicate it.

I handled the 2012 GSCA NAFC. ZZ was in the calcutta. He "cost" $310, paid $865. Handled the R-U in the 2012 GSCA NAFC, Buck cost $365 in the calcutta, paid $606. The in the HAGSFA OSD Classic,, handled Buck to the win, paid $330.

That statistic only means that a knife, bat or fists would have been used if the gun was not present. You won't stop domestic violence by getting rid of guns.
