Just an aside: we can't leave a collar on our #1 GSP all the time; he winds up with irritation & actual bald areas, no matter how "perfectly" the collar fits. So it's only collars outside the house here. YMMV.

This event was a blast! Absolutely PERFECT weather & lots of fun.

We had 57 dogs -- majors in three of the Gun Dog stakes.

Many thanks to participants, judges, and volunteers who made it all happen.

at 4 months old, my Pointer pup ate 6 cups of puppy per day. Nothing wrong with him or the food, he just needed that much. Certainly learned in Canada that registration of non restricted guns was expensive and ineffective. I find the statement that pork causes pancreatitis somewhat far fetched. Our #1 GSP doesn't tolerate beef, so we often throw leftover cooked pork, chicken, or fish in our dogs' dishes along with their dry food. Never had an issue. Meanwhile, my sister has an older Sheltie that developed pancreatitis...
