Stop over thinking it. Use the same equip and don't worry about it. I shot at 74# with a 324gr total weight arrow and shot front quarter and exited hind quarter. There are two or three pros in California. I bet if they moved the CH to Kingman Az they would have a lot more people in attendance. Southern az is too far from most of the GSP guys to travel fr just a week or two surrounded with Brittany trials. If they moved it between two of us we would have six ...

If you pass a master hunter hunt test odds are you may have a shot in walking field trials where dogs range is suitable for a walking handler. I don't think it's as much as a good ok boys club as you hear... Try it out a few times and I'm sure you may make one or two a year in the off season.

I have felt with them and they did a good job. I would rather fly a dog or puppy now though and not have them be in a trailer for hours and hours... A flight with layover took 7 hours from California to Florida . Probably a whole lot less stress.

Sounds just good enough for the NFL to let it slide. You know what he is doing... Now he can go to his hood and slap his boys' on the a$$ and say how cool it is that no one called him out. If you aren't home when he crys, who cares what he does as long as he doesn't pee in his crate. If he crys go back to the original message if he doesn't have any issues and isn't a really soft dog.

I won't comment about the short haired pointing breed but do a lot of research on whatever you choose. Comparing a GSP energy level to a lab is not fair to the lab... Vizslas can be more calm but then looking for a calm V you might reduce liklieness of them hunting , then you may have hunt training ...

Let the dog out to make sure it pees first.... Strap a bark limiter on it (level four or five) put in the crate and leave. Dog will be silent when you return. Works like a charm!

Let all the feelings sit on the side line... Walking any hunting breed is not excercise . That's called a warm up. You actually are doing a good job with the couch issue. The dog not jumping on you is a small battle. I wouldn't say a dog can be bred for a great natural retrieve and natural backing. It's more of exposure and how you bring the pup along to the point of training. You can get several different outcomes with dogs and some great ones can turn out like garbage because of how the handler goes about doin...
