Has anyone on here used "Serento flea and tick collars " supposed to last for 8 months. I use Advantix II with good luck. Seems as tho collar would be an easy way out , but don't have any idea of good and or safe. Thanks

I have a stud dog lined up to breed to my GSP female, should come in heat mid March. The owner took the dog in to her vet for a sperm count. He said the dogs count was at 30%. Try to get ahold of an issue of "American Field" this magazine is aimed at field trailers. It has many good trainers with their ads in each issue, most of them excel in big running dogs. Of course I don't know what you call a big running dog in MN.

I think most any breed of any hunting dog can do well as a outdoor kennel dog as long he (her) is provided with a good dog house with some kind of warm bedding. A covered kennel is a plus, and try to keep them out of the wind. Plus a premium dog food.
