A tip for you guys wanting to shoot panoramics, shoot each shot in portraiture not landscape. When you go to stitch them together you'll have a taller picture instead of a long skinny one. This was a 5 image panoramic, hand stitched from where I deer hunt in Utah. Click on the pic to see it.

Kennel Roof

I salvaged an old storage shed and used the panels for the roof on my temporary setup. Hog fencing first then the panels on top covering half the run. Dogs can chose the sun or shade and when it rains they have a place to get out of it.

I've been having problems with the read/unread red boxes. I'll click back on training and everything is read ( no red ). I just...

You can't train on wild birds during the summer and it will be next to impossible to find any on public ground anytime.

Unless you can see both hunting parents extensively in the field, you have to take the breeders word for how good they are. Whereas with a FC or AFC, you are assured 6 or more judges thought they had value. Many breeders have no idea of what makes a good dog. I know of many breeders who serve as ju...

What about the Remington 700 SPS if you want to go with a 700 in lieu of the 770. I would also think about the Weatherby Vangaurd. Both are budget minded rifles that shoot well. Did you take the gun apart? Sometimes serial numbers are stamped into the bottom of the barrels, receive, and for grip. At least mine is. You could lookup the serial number and get a better idea about this gun.
