I was headed home this afternoon on I-44 North bound at the Sw 89th street exit. A dog trailer looked like it had a blowout on the driver side, and hit the inside lane guard rail. From what I could see it looked like the folks had a Brittany out in the grass east of the interstate. It looked like it...

We were working a nice walk in area in Kansas this past season. I had my two GSP's and my brother's out. It was in the late afternoon. The sun was setting, and it was in my eyes, and all three were in front of me. I had my gun open over my shoulder and they went on point. About the time I seen them ...

I have used the All Life Stages in the past it is 24% Proten 14.5% fat. It is a good quality food. I switched to something less expensive, that is 26% protien 16% fat . I didn't supplement it in any, just feed a bit more during hunting season. My dogs did very well on it. They would probably still b...

My female matured very quickly, and took to training well. I had her spayed so I don't have that problem. She craves attention, and wants to be close to me all the time. My Male is a little hard headed, and isn't maturing as quickly as my female did at the same age. He's still got a lot of puppy in ...

Dont follow the guidelines. Figure out what your dog needs and feed him that. If he is getting too skinny feed him a little more. If he is putting on weight feed him less. I have bever gone by that. If I had my dog would have starved by now. I tried it when I first got my GSP and after the first we...

My cousin recently went through this with his Brittany. We read this procedure here on the forum a few month back. He used Vet wrap around the ankle and shin. He bought Ruffwear dog boots which stay on fairly well anyway. Used cloth medical tape to tape the boot onto the Vet wrap, then duct tape on ...

My granny was disabled later in life. She had to use a walker to get around her house. She wanted a Boxer to keep her company. So we got her one, the runt of the litter. She named him "American Dream Dusty Roads". Well Dusty turned into one big dog. When my granny would use her walker he would walk ...
