Moving a pigeon coop

After all my birds got stolen last year I am thinking about moving my coop about 200 yds further to the back of the property. I have 2 birds that are free flying right now. Will the move to the back cause any issues with these two birds?

Usually can be attributed to boredom when in the kennel or yard. Food seems to have little to nothing to do with it. Same here. It is a lot harder for clubs to shoot first bird on course though. Out here about %50 of the trials are call backs, the other %50 are first bird on course.

Why not make the Limited event a retrieving stake and leave the other events non-retrieving?
Because it would limit the chances for breeds that need retrieving points to finish their FC.

On the quail try to flush, and shoot a blank when the bird goes up. Here in California you can't run dogs on birds out of season. Unless your running banks hard hard during the hunting/trial season I would say 30/20 may be a bit overkill....At anyrate I would suggest what ever brand you choose, try and find a large breed puppy/adult feed for Banks. Maybe he had just a little experience and you didn't mention that you run English Pointers instead of German ones? He may have bee rolling his eyes while walking away. ? They aren't "English" they are Pointers . I think their standard breed name is "English" pointer. Unless akc has changed that.......

I think the only people that should care where a spin got its FC are the owners of spins and people that want one. I'll never own a spin. Nothing personal. Just not my type of dog. I'll never own a britt either. If I never will own these breeds why should I be concerned with how they do things?

Don't feed the birds for a day. Put feed out in the area you plant birds before you train. Plant bird near food. Birds should walk around eating feed. I've never tried this, but I think it might work.

They stop growing at about 2. She has plenty of time. Mine is 2.5 and is 40lbs. At 7 months she weighed 34lbs.
