Complete outcross or not it is a very nice pedigree the more I research it with dogs who are all VERY similar in build and apperence along with ability. I know a lot of dogs in this pedigree but wanting some feedback on any dogs who are not showing titles. Saying this is from AKC papers it won't show NAVHDA and such. Please let me know if any NAVDHA or other registry titles are missing. Thanks!

I too will never use a sport dog e-collar again. Range was not even close to being what it was suppose to be and darn things never held charge. I finally paid the true big bucks and bout a Tri-Tronics. I will never go back. Love my tri-tronic!

I would suggest a German Shorthaired Pointer. I know of a few people who dog sled with a team of German Shorthairs. They do great at it. I don't know how well a GSP mix with a husky would do at hunting but I do know a lot of dog sledders are mixing the GSP with husky with great results for dog sledd...

I just wanted to double check that Cockers can have Ivermectin to de-worm for HW. I figured they could as I don't know of any hunting breeds who can't but I do know the cattle/herding breeds can be negativly effected by Ivermectin. A friend of mine was asking regarding her cocker.

Well my vet agreed that the short term of using peroxide for 24 hours was better than using nothing. So I am ok with the fact that I used it. Better to work on killing off bad bacteria for the first 24 hours than do nothing. But anyway. The vet did give her a steroid shot and put her on anti-biotics...

Peroxide bubbles. It doesn't hurt. Just like putting it on your own open wounds. I can tell it doesn't hurt her honestly. She could care less that I am putting it on her.

There are no other areas that are being effected or look patchy on her skin at all. Just that spot on her nose. So sounds like bug bites is the answer at this point. But what kind and how to treat it is another question....

Just from my experience with Brenda she is a wealth of knowledge. I have never bought a dog from her but I know she has very nice bloodlines and also is sooo healpful when you have any questions about this breed along with hunt questions. Congrats on the new pup and we would love to see pictures!
