Re: Piddles
I've had several puppies display the same behavior in my lifetime. Maybe its another way of phrasing what has been said but it will disapear on its own when the pup gains confidence through familiarity with his new home and his place in the family heirachy. I still insist it is normal behavior born ...

I live in Basin Montana that is between Helena and Butte on I-15. The hunting area for deer is 7 hours No...

Re: Hanna's fourth hunt
When I used Hanna for blood tracking it was never an extensive tracking job. It's just that when you down a deer in some of that tall CRP you could be standing within a couple of feet of the animal and not see it. Otherwise the prairie is wide open. One knows the general area where the critter went ...

I think that many states are seeing the wisdom of this blood tracking too because I have heard of states allowing dogs ...

Denise, there are many more deer left for others but they better be able to shoot rather than B.S. about it. The distances are typicaly 300yards and more. Unless you live in a mansion where the distance between you and the scum bag are large, I would pick # 1 buck. I agree with Karen regarding going cheap on the first trailer and put your money into making sure it is sound (wheel bearings, floor, etc.).
