Missing Britts in Utah

Post by kninebirddog » Thu Jan 05, 2006 12:14 pm

Brad Jenkins just emailed
..So i am sharing it to help................................

I am missing two of my Brittanys. I came home from work on Tuesday Jan.
3, 06 and the kennel door was open and my two Britts were gone. I've
looked everywhere locally and not a soul has seen them out running
around.

My male is white/orange and my female is white/liver. Both are chipped
and have identification on their collars. My female is about a week out
from having a litter.

If you know of anyone that has found or trying to get rid of a Britt,
please contact me, Brad Jenkins @ 435-823-2216. Roosevelt, Utah.

Great news!!!! There is little worse than the feeling of lost dogs..."pear"

Ok Here is the Email I got from Brad to say the least very wierd

After having put up fliers all over Roosevelt and getting an ad on the
radio, I got a call from someone who thougt to look at the collar and
call. They were found by a nearby town. The guy that called is someone
that I know and when he noticed they were mine he was pleased to call
and even refused the reward.

I'll probably never know exactly how they got there or even out of the
kennel. At this point I'm just very grateful they are back and doing
fine. I know that there will be locks on the kennels and always have
identification collars on.

I want to thank everyone who has spread the word, said prayers and
called/e-mailed with advice. Great to know that there are so many out
there that understand and care.

Thank you all again.
