Hey all, it's my first post.

Hope everyone is doing well. Just wanted to take the time to introduce myself.

I live in a small town in East Central South Dakota, pheasant mania here. My name is Doug. I am just getting started in raising GSP's. One of the trainers in my area is moving and he is helping me get started in raising and training dogs. My wifes female had pups a couple of months ago. Still 6 of them to sell. I bought a 4 year old female from the trainer and she is due the first week of August. I just bought a solid black male pup to use as a stud dog, his name is my user name, Blade.

Looking forward to talking with all of you. Just getting a start at this I have a ton of questions and from what I have read so far you all sound like you are very knowledgeable. Have to go pick up my dog from the vets right now. Will chat later.

Everyone take care.

Doug

Welcome. Hope when you have time you can get some pics and the pedigrees of your dogs. They will do more to help sell pups than anything else plus we are all inbterested in the breeding of everyones dogs.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

I thought Louisville sounded like a familiar town. I've got relatives in Flora and Olney, and, actually, one of my firm's offices is located in Newton, which didn't seem very far away either.
