Hello Everyone I have a red standard poodle named Enzo I would like to get maybe a hunt test on him. I have been training dogs for over 10 years but not in hunting. I am here looking for advice and where to start !:D

Any other poodle people on here ?

Since the poodle was a water dog to begin with, I would see if he will retrieve and then get him to retrieve from the water. If that works get retrieving training books and start training. I wish you luck. I am afraid the natural abilities have been bred out of your breed.
