Hi all: I am a new member to GDF. I have a 20m old GSP, Max. I live in Upstate NY. Max is my first sporting dog. I have always done obedience work but never bird work. I joined NAVHDA last year and am hooked. Fun dog, fun people. Anyways, just saying hello!

Thanks Chip! He is a nice little dog. Had a big set back last year. He had knee surgery in March and was out of commission for 5 months. Run his NA with only 4 times in the field. He did OK, 4's in most everything except Pointing- he got a 1! He was way too wild that day. Found every darn bird but no stopping to him. Oh well. It was a great experience for me. Planning on UT next year. I am learning- long way to go. Can't wait for NAVHDA to begin this year.
