I just wanted to say hi I live in Ft Myers FL and I got a GSP about a month ago so i will be on here alot asking alot of questions I don't know alot.

Glad to have ya here, and feel free to fire away with questions. Sometimes you'll get a consensus answer, sometimes you'll get varied opinions, but it's all helpful in the end I've found.

Welcome to GDF! It's a good group. There is good GSP field trialing in North FL and South GA. You have a good opportunity there.

Hey Greg Jennings can you give me some more info on the field trials in N FL?

I guess I will start off here asking questions instead of starting a new thread.

First, My dog peas all over the place in the house, she will be 4 months old on the 10th of February. Do you have to house break her differently than other dogs? We have a cat and I noticed when she gets frustrated with the cat, she starts peeing, is that normal and what can I do about it?

Also I need recomendations on a good video for quail hunting. It has to be simple because this will be my first dog training. I bought the video Gun Dog 2nd Edition by Richard A. Walters with Charles T. Jurney but have not opened it yet because I have been hearing that it won't be good for a GSP.

I have taught her the word hear and she comes pretty good to it. What would I teach her next?
