Hello from Northern Nevada!
Hello from Northern Nevada!
Been a dog guy for years, just adopted an 8-month old English pointer. She's a beautiful girl with messed up teeth, so we call her 'Sookie'
Lurked here for a while, decided to join when I took the plunge. Just starting obedience training with her, and she's grasping it pretty quickly! She's birdy, and not at all gun-shy, so I look forward to getting her into the field!
Cheers all!

You need to hook up with the GSP club and Brit Club out there. Like minded folks who regularly host training days, hunt tests and field trials who would welcome you with open arms Yvonne Shanto of Sierra Mtn Brits is involved with both and can get you contact info (she is on here )
Reno is my old hometown....
BUT I love the lush green moist air back here in the Mid Atlantic. AND the Ruffed Grouse and Woodcock. Much more fun to hunt then Chukars <ggg>
