Hey everyone im a new guy from New Mexico. I have a 3.5 year old black and white Brittney(Rocky) and a 6 month old Gordon Setter( Bailey) . I'm mostly a Quail hunter, but I try to get away every other year and go hunt Pheasant or Huns or Chukers Ext Ext . I have been an upland hunter since I was a kid, my dad always had a bird dog of some kind and I got my first bird dog ( a GSP that I called Brandy)when I was 14 and that was in 74. I haven't been without one for very long since.

Yes sir this year has been really good.., Quail numbers are almost as good as it was in the 80s.
Its been a lot of fun so far and we still have a month and a half.
We are going to try and go over around Sierra Vista and hunt some Mearns around the middle of January.
