Another New member

Hey, new guy here. From Oklahoma. No dog yet, working on getting my first Drahthaar. Planning on being active with my breed club field trials, local NAVHDA chapter, Quail forever, and likely the local hunting dog legislation club. I worked for my entire life as a heavy equipment mechanic, recently decided to make the change to residential home inspections. It’s easier on the body.
I hunt everything, and that’s why I want a Drahthaar. Squirrels, Pigs, Prairie dogs, coyotes, get back into Quail, Dove, maybe try my hand at Pheasant, duck, and elk. I try to spend as much time outdoors as possible. When not hunting, I’m fishing for flatheads, fly fishing for bluegills, or camping/hiking with the girlfriend.
