New member Upstate NY

Hello All,

Just wanted to say I enjoy the site, recently joined. Live in upstate NY, retired from State Police last year. Married with 3 kiddos 15,13, and 8 months lol. When we're not at hockey games I'm chasing birds with GSP Huckleberry "Huck" and yellow lab "Beau". Hope you all have a great season and stay safe out there. Quick note, grouse numbers are pretty good this year. Best all - AK

Welcome to the forum. I'm both an avid bird hunter and hockey fan. I coached up through high school hockey and my son played 3 yrs of juniors before he got hurt. I have trained a couple of bird dogs and find it easier than teaching high school hockey players. I guess it is because I could use an e-collar on the dogs. Anyway have a good season and if you ever get out to the Great Spud, let me know.
