New guy here, I am retiring from the Marine Corps in the summer of 2024 and moving my family to southern Iowa. We have never had a bird dog but we are going to get our first, get it trained, and spend that time together in the woods.
The kids love to deer hunt and so do I but the bird hunting is why we are retiring west of the Mississippi.
