Bird Burritos

After cooking a pheasant or grouse and taking the breasts, there is usually plenty of carcass'meat left.

Simmer carcass in large pot for 2 hours.

Let cool

Pull apart meat from bone

Place meat in smaller frying pan or wok

Cover with favorite taco seasoning/peppers/onions, etc.

Cook

Place in taco shells or fajitas and add salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and other garnishments to taste.
