Post by JMc » Fri Dec 10, 2010 2:46 pm

Not really wild a game recipe but goes great with wild game:
Beer Muffins
4 cups Bisquick Mix
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cornmeal
1 bottle of beer @ room temp...(your choice but a nice amber works really well)
Combine all ingredients; Spoon batter evenly into greased muffin pan (pan will be full).
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 12
Enjoy with your favorite meal, gravy, or jelly...mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
