Here is a new recipe that I tried this week that was really good.
Chukar or Phez breasts 5-6 chukar or 3-4 Phez
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup O.J.
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Flour
Salt and Peper to Taste
Dredge breasts in Flour
Fry breasts in oil until breasts are browned on both sides
add cranberry and O.J. and cook until juices thicken
Then serve over buttered rice.
