2 Pheasant breasts - Cubed
1 Box wild & long-grain rice
1 package of onion soup mix
1 can chicken broth (14 OZ)
1 small can of cream of chicken soup
Mix all ingredients, except the pheasant in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Put the pheasant on the top and bake (covered) for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
By far my favorite pheasant dish.
