Dog quits hunting

I have a EP, he is an Elhew primarily and has really fancy breeding. I have been field trialing him in NSTRA for 5 years. He has steadily progressed till this year. He suddenly began acting very strangely.
He seems to be losing interest or he has some medical problem. I need to figure it out. He has had blood tests for everything but Addison's and thyroid disorder. He doesn't seem to be in any distress. He just seems to be losing his drive. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
