Pigeon coop and quail holding pen

I have to move my pigeon coop close to my quail holding pen. Probably 100 - 150 ft apart. Should i worry about possible disease transmitting from one pen to another? Any precautions i should take?

I wouldn't worry about it at all. I use to keep them together in the same loft. Plus I am sure if there were going to be a problem you would already have had it if you go back and forth between them.
