Looking at the picture , I'm questioning what's in the water. Of that's her she looks like she is drinking steroids just as that horse is being injected with them, because she looks like a man.

I think she mis-used 30 mil and flat out stole 3.2 mil. I'm supprised small towns have so much money and I'm sure it's happening everywhere. She had a 2 million dollar camper...wow, she's a rock star.

Don't know a lot more than you do, but it appears she has stole over 30 mil the FBI says. The city became aware last fall and she has been under surveillance since then. During that time she had taken 3.2 mil. She is a local gal, not bad looking Ultra, has a horse farm here outside of town she bought after she had a stud win the National Championship a few years ago. From what I heard back then she was selling straws of semen for 7 or 8 thousand and was selling 3 to 5 of them a day. I am betting when that started to slow down she started hurting for money and that's when the embezzlement started.

Does make me wonder how the auditors missed it and why the city didn't. Think several of them have some explaining to do. She lives just a couple of miles from me and she is out on bail so I may have to go see her.

Sounds like she is better suited for a job in Washington D.C. rather than a small town in the midwest. Hope they can recover some of the funds and use them to help out the town.

There seems to be alot of corruption in Illinois. I am from West Central Illinois and sometimes wonder why I want to move back there.
