Does anybody know who makes the life sized concrete bird dog statues?

I'd like to see something like that too!

I have no idea who's making the molds, but a guy about 20 minutes from me, does concrete lawn ornaments...and he has/had a life size setter on the front yard for sale. Can't imagine what it would cost to ship, but if anyone is truly interested, I could stop in next time I'm in the area.

This is a link to one of those decorate the statue deals, and maybe the guy for contact information, could provide a source as to where they got the dogs.

I think the event was probably similar to this.

This site has a pointer 4 sale, but the pose seems a little awkward.

You mean like this one. It was a pointer but I cut the tale down for a shorthair. I know someone who can get them for about $ 225. Now I just need to get it painted.

I don't know but I think there are lighter options for backing dog training.

I have a full size ceramic dog that sits out by the gate - for security reasons. Someone called Animal Control to say that i was leaving my dog out too much. :|

Stokes,

I checked with them some time ago about getting a EP done. Was really reasonable. If they don't have it, they can get it.

On a recent road trip, I forgot my silhoutte for training my Brit to honor. Stopped in a sporting goods store to see if they had one...no such luck. I DID see a plastic 3-D coyote decoy. Bought it and cut off most of the bushy tail, and did some spray painting....it now LOOKS like a Brit, and it works great!
