yea those Bow River beavers, your standing there watching your fly line then KER-SPASH after a quick check of your shorts you can go back to fishing.

Done something similar to that beaver north of Calgary , Near Medicine Hat. That was when I was at BATUS, built my own shelter ,tough critters for sure, first encounter with Canadian Beaver was just off the the Trans Can and during the stampede.
Must go back there some day without the forces :)

I certainly would not be laying on the ground filming that close to a beaver. Miserable animals.
