World Series

Kind of a haphazard, sloppy at times game 7; but what a game! Couldn't have asked for a better series - 7 games and two teams with compelling stories

Not a baseball fan at all but recently I did catch a documentary about how Cubs fans ruined Steve Bartman's life so I was mildly rooting against them. Maybe now they'll leave the poor guy alone!

It was a great game and too bad someone had to lose; it has been so long for both clubs ( 1908,1948). 1 am it ended . Unbelievable. Cleveland could have won if they hadn't made those errors early on.

happy to know that I won't have to hear about "the curse" anymore.

sad to know that the cubs fans will be more arrogant when they come to miller park next season.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

I have been there many times over the years. I wasn't making fun of you but rather just the appearance of the "Holyland" and arrogance in the sentence struck me funny.

I gotcha.

Not sure if you are referring to visiting Miller park many times, or my neck of the woods, but if the latter, drop a line if ever in the area again!

What a great game! So happy for the Cubs and their fans, especially the long-term fans who have been waiting two generations for this! Hopefully the Indians get another shot at it next year.
