So this was a first.

I woke up this morning to some menacing sounding barking. The kind that requires you to get up and see exactly what the heck is going on. We have a 6’ wood fence with a 2x6” cap rail that backs up to a large native vegetation field we train on. When I looked through the window there was a coyote walking along the fence like a cat looking into the back yard for small fuzzy snacks I presume. For some reason our rabbit population is way down from normal and haven’t heard the usual pack activity at night. Crafty little devils!

They sure are. They are lining up at Mc Donald's here in Ontario. :)

Wen I first moved into where I am now, had 14 dog's out back and the first night I looked on the hill behind the barn and about 8 coyote's were sitting there in a row watching my dog's!
I pity the man that has never been loved by a dog!
