My uncle and his friend run Brittanys in the grouse woods of Eastern Kentucky. I was just wondering what kinds of bloodlines you all have on here. :D :)

Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier but I have been gone since Friday morning. Do you have much luck in the grouse woods up in NH and Vermont? How many birds do you usually kill in a year?

IF YOU FIND THE RIGHT SPOTS IT GREAT EXPECILLY UP IN THE NORTHEN PART OF THE STATE WHERE I AM . THE HARD PART IS IT'S THICK SO YOU HAVE A LOT OF FLUSHES YOU DON'T SEE . THAT'S ONE REASON I GOT A DOG TO HELP. LAST YEAR WAS HIS FIRST YEAR AND WE GOT 9 GROUSE AND ONE WOODCOCK. WE FLUSHED A BUNCH MORE BUT HE STILL A PUP AND HE BUMPED QUITE A FEW EARLY ON IN THE SEASON THAT I HAD TO PASS UP BECAUSE HE DIDN'T POINT THEM. OH YEAH THEN THERE WERE THE 1/2 DOZ. OR SO THAT I A (MISSED) GOT AWAY :)

Missing birds will happen to everyone. And most young dogs will bump birds.
