Prayers for some of my Co-Workers...

Post by jhoughton » Fri Jan 16, 2009 7:35 am

Don't know if anyone saw on the news yesterday about the plane that went down in NY. I was out there at a meeting with many of my current clients and co-workers and most of them were on the plane. For some reason, I decided to change my flight and come back to Atlanta early this week and not head back to Charlotte with them (I was originally booked on that flight). From what I have heard there were no major injuries but I am sure the emotional damage is severe.

Prayers for them. It looks like that pilot did a wonderful job with what he had to work with.

Prayers sent! Excellent composer by the pilots. I have flown out of NY and it sure seems scary on a good flight...can not imagine what was going thru their minds!

Prayers sent.

I think God was already looking out for them by having that pilot on the flight. Amazing job landing that plane!!!

It kinda looks like the prayers were already answered with the work of the pilot. I feel we should praise the Lord for his Grace and Mercy that abounds to us. We just need to ask and receive.

Work was already done and we thank him for his mercy.

As a pastor I am always asked "Where is your God" I think we can see by looking at this event that God does care and He is always in our midst.

Thank you Lord for having your hand on this.
