Ridge-Point's No Limit (Sky at 11 weeks)

Post by Fair Fields » Sun Jul 25, 2010 2:50 pm

Sky is coming along really well. It sounds like the whole litter turned out great. We had her out today and she is loving the pigeons and the water. She would have retrieved at the water ALL DAY. I am hoping to get her on some quail at the next training day.

Thanks Brenda. You never know what you will get with an outcross breeding like that. I hope she continues to develop...I think she will if she is anything like her daddy

My only concern is that this is how we find her most of the time!

Beautiful looking pup. It appears she is going to be a good one! :D

Sky looks great! The Tails really came out good on this litter. My pup is taking on quail this week for the first time. Keep up the good work.

What is the breeding on this dog?

I have a litter from my Ridge-Point dog and my female now. Have 2 males look like yours that are all fire at 4 weeks.

Nice looking pup there, sure do like to see them.

Markj,

The pup is a niece of your dog, she's out of his sister.

Mark, How is Pevo doing? Good to hear he is throwing nice pups.

Steve, It sure is nice to get a pup of that quality into your hands. Can't wait to see what you can do with her.

I am sure glad we got a breeding with Fritz while we did. Our next litter is no less exciting though. Something along these lines if all go's well.

Pevo is doing well, he hunts very hard, ranges according to the grass/crp/open fields stuff. I winged one ast winter, rooster was running hard and fast, Pevo ran him down in like 30 yards. He i a big dog but can turn on theburners when needed.

This is te second breeding between these two, last breeding I kept a male and he is somethng in the field. My son trained him with help from me, he heels, fetchs, whoas and goes. My son is 8 now so this says omething abut the trainability of these dogs.

My pups are coming on 5 weeks, have long dock on the tails, are already starting on solid food since monday. Very fancy and feisty.

Nice to see you are producing fine dogs with a good view on future breeding and the breed.
