The available combo GPS trainer on the market right now is by SportDog, the TEK 1.0. You can see what it looks like on a dog on the topic in training. If you want to see what's up with TriTronic, check with Garmin because they own them and would supply the platform.

Yeah, sorry, meant sport dog LOL. But if your thinking of trialing buy something else, can't use it.

Tritronics says one is in the works. Still beats the heck out of me why anyone wants one unit though. I much prefer having my collars separate so if one pukes, I still either have a training collar or GPS.

Not planning on trialing right now but you never know!
This unit would be nice in the north woods to keep track of your dog and have control
Gh, how many controlers do you want to carry at once? Seems like one unit would be nice
yes if it died that would suck, that's why I asked about TriTronics

AKC approved it. The e-collar is removable. Word is The Field will accept it, also.

I like having two controllers as well. I would be carrying a small etrex gps if I didn't have a DC220 on the dog anyway. Been turned around in the Grouse Woods of Northern Wisconsin too many times to mention

The DC220 goes in a pocket in the vest, tied with a whistle lanyard onto a vest strap, the TT Pro500 hangs off my belt.
