Help out a cancer victim/hunter

Post by Scott Linden » Fri Mar 16, 2012 9:22 am

Hi everyone,

A viewer's wife has asked if we can assist, and in turn I'm asking you. He has stage 4 liver cancer and would like to do one more bird hunt. He lives in Ohio. Do you know of any groups or organizations that would be willing to work with him? Alternate location would be Texas, where he will be moving to be near family.

Thanks,
Scott

What part of Texas?

Hunt of a Lifetime was setup for kids with terminal illness - you might try asking them if they know of
a org that does it for adults.

I'm positive that one of the Ohio Pheasants Forever chapters would take this guy on a hunt - just contact the regional rep. www.pheasantsforever.org - Ohio.

Thanks. Excellent ideas. Keep them coming. Didn't ask where in TX, but will.
