Most people don't think of Brittanys this way, but I just LOVE this picture of Blaze.

Do you mean shaved? I do! He looks good. My guy's will get it soon. Waiting to know I have finished freezing weather. Did you do that? Very nice job if so. Mine look that way after about a week. Only difference between a good and bad haircut is about a week! Maybe if your in the area, you could stop by and do my guy's!

Yeah Don, shaved. A friend of ours shaved him down last weekend at a trial that was a bit warmer than we anticipated. She really does a great job of it. And I love being able to SEE the muscles, see the reach and drive without all that hair flopping around. Makes for a much prettier picture in the field (AND WAY easier to find ticks).

Hey wait... That's an English Pointer that got her tail slammed in the tailgait... right???
Heaven goes by favor. If it went by merit, you would stay out and your dog would go in.

He looks nice. I prefer the look of shaved brittanies. They look more like bird dogs when they're shaved.

I am assuming she used an A5 Oster. If so, do you know what blade she used?

Re: My new favorite picture
She used a 7 1/2 blade and a 10 on the ears.
