Quilomene Vest...are they still in business?

My daughter ordered a vest in June and after many phone calls and emails still no answer....Just wondering what is up with them.

Same thing happened to me except I ordered mine in April. I followed up and got a couple replies from him but I haven't heard anything for a couple months now and still no vest. I was supposed to have it by mid June.
