So I put a deposit down a a GSP! . Not being bred for a while and I wont have it until June which is kind of a bummer.
I have a few questions What are some good dog training books?
And can i do multiple things with my dog or is it not a good idea? (example) I would like to Bird hunt, duck hunt and shed hunt with my dog would it be a bad idea to train it to do all these things?
Put a deposit down on a GSP! and some questions.

First Congrats:
Second they are called versatile dogs for a reason.
You can do it all and they will be good at it all if you get them going right.
You are going to have fun.

Congrats. The book by Bill Tarrant and Delmar Smith is a good one. I can't remember what it's called though.
