NAVHDA premium membership

Is it worth the extra $23 to get the premium NAVHDA membership (it includes the "NAVHDA Green Book" and DVD)? I can't tell from the product descriptions on the website whether the information in those is worth having or not.

Never read it, but a lot of people recommend the green book.

yes it is if you plan on using the green book as your training method. i havnt seen the dvd but use the green book methods a lot.
