Hunt Club Email Help

Post by gary » Fri Mar 11, 2005 6:11 am

Our Club is going to email changes in Club during the year without
compermiseing members email address.

Will Outlook Express from Windows in Group Address work and still hide the addresses?

OR,should we look to purchase softwear to set this up?

Thanks,Gary

I think I'm following you. You want to send out mass emails to your club members without showing everyone’s email address in one email... Right?

If so, I've written web interfaces where you can add emails to a database over time. When your ready to email, you fill out a web form and the application loops through the email addresses individually. And sends the email. Very simple for you.

Or

If you know how to set it up correctly, you can buy a program to do it for you. like http://www.xellsoft.com/TurboMailer.html

Hope this helps, if not, let me know.

Do y'all have a website? If so, I could build the email interface into it. If not and you want one, I could build a website with the email interface....

This would be a great way to keep 500 members informed on the changes that might occur during the year.We are now doing it by USMAIL.

Eeekk! USMAIL! =) Y'all need a website! If you had that, then members could check the website for updates. If y'all need someone to do it, I can work a deal for you...
