And bye the way thanks Grant for the speedy delivery of the video I ordered from you.

they are very slow to send out tapes. most of this is because they are very busy training dogs. I have hung out at Jon's a fair amount in the past and they do a lot of training! at the same time, I would not be afraid to call and bug them, it does help sometimes.

Yes, they are slow and they use DVD-R media so it doesn't always work for everyones DVD player. If you have a fairly new DVD player you should be fine.

What matters though is the content which is very good....

I just talked with Jon.

They are very busy and try to do shipping on a 10 day cycle.

Its hard for me to scrape up the cash, but I'd like to keep some videos on hand to mail out next day... I'll make Lindsay get an extra job or something.... =) I hope she doesn't read this. If so, B, I may need to come live in your camper....

Grant,
I would ask Jon if he will trust you and let you hold a 100 or so of them and be a middle man for him. From what I read he would be better served for it!

NOW they use better media? *grumble*

I have to watch my DVDs by hooking up my laptop to the TV because my DVD player won't spin 'em.

It's been over a month now..............................still waiting.

I was joking before about not needing the first video if it takes any longer, but now now it looks like that may be true. :P

Although I did recieve an e-mail from them saying that the computers were down so there was a delay in them getting my order, but that was atleast two weeks ago. Atleast they e-mailed me, if it wasn't for that I would be testing out there money back policy.

Thats funny! Fisrt thing Jon and Cindy say in the Start of the second is you need to see the "Perfect Start" to understand the "Perfect Finish"!

I have only watched about half and so far like it.
I think it is the best way I've seen to introduce the gun.
