Now I can't be your friend birdhunter. Your salukis knocked my Red Raiders out of the big dance a couple of years ago. That loss still stings.

I don't know that SIU will do as well this year as they have in the past few years.
The bad thign this year is when I go to Bennett Springs, MO to trout fish I will hear it from a friend of ours out there. He's a big SMS fan and I kinda rubbed it in last year that we beat SMS very badly. I also gave him a SIU 6" basketball signed by my dad and I as a momento. I'm sure I am in for it this year.

SIU knocked Texas Tech out of the tourney a few years back. We were on a roll and our guys were looking past a very good SIU team because of their seeding. We lost.
