B.A.R.F diet?

Anyone here feed the B.A.R.F. diet? (Bones and Raw Foods) I’ve been reading about it and it seems far superior as far as nutrition goes but sounds like it could be a little on the inconvenient side.

I used the BARF diet for awhile. My dogs looked great on it and of course on of the benifits is no puppy farts! It was a little inconvienent but you can make the 'meals" on the weekend and freeze a weeks worth. I still use some of the additives but switched back to kibble. It is just easier during hunting season.

I feed BARF diet to my 2 GSPs and I love the results I get with it. My dogs look great and I don't have as much difficulty maintaining their weight as I did when they were on kibble. Depending on how you feed it, it can be as little or as much work as you want. Where I am, I can buy complete meals (which I use when we travel) or I can buy separate mixtures of fruits/veggies and the ground meat and bones and make my own diets. For everyday, I buy the ground meat and bone and then make up my own veggie mix with leftovers from my fridge and some produce I get for free from the local grocery store. I also add kelp, ground flax seed, yogurt, and olive oil. I supplement with eggs, organ meat, sardines, and tripe throughout the month. I also add some carbs in the form of cooked oatmeal or rice (or leftover cereal or bread) if the dogs are hunting more than usual.
