What happend in Piedmont, UT?

I'm hoping to get some more info on this, or possibly maybe a deny or confirm at least, I know there are some people that live in Utah around here.

I seen a disturbing commercial with a dog walking down a street with a bunch of deceased or non-moving people and seen a website at the end, which was

I read through this and I had heard nothing of it. I'd like to know if this was a joke or real. Or over dramatized or not all factual. But it kinda disturbed me and I figured if I seen it on TV it can't just be some kids pulling a joke.

Is it really? I took a look around and found a lot of weird crap about aliens and UFOs and what have you, but nothing about a movie but thats good, because I was gonna have to make some phone calls tomorrow.

Guess im just to gullible and took the bait they laid out.

The last time that I checked, there wasn't a town named Piedmont in Utah. I even googled it , and the nearest Piedmont is in Wyoming. Does that help?
