Service is so good one time I ordered something 2nd day shipping. They actually called me up and told me I could save the money, ship it normal freight, and they would still get it to me in 2 days. Not many companies would take the time to do that and they saved me $50!

great company. better prices and service than any other supply company that i have dealt with. not saying that the others aren't good, but gundogsupply sets a new standard. being from the magnolia state, i like buying from a mississippi company as well. shipping is extremely fast.

had a collar go bad and needed to be replaced. had to go through the dealer so they put me in contact with their dealer rep. they called me back to make sure that i was able to get in touch with the rep b/c they would make a call for me as well......this is why they get my business. always going the extra step for their customers.
