Favorite Gamebird Recipe

Post by 3Britts » Tue Nov 25, 2008 11:02 am

I just thought that it would be nice to see everyone's favorite gamebird recipe.

Here is mine:

Crispy Grouse
Take one (or more) sectioned grouse
Coat with beaten egg
lightly cover with lemon pepper seasoning
Next, crush one bag of regular potato chips
Place grouse sections and crushed chips in a bag and shake
Slice up one cube of butter (yes, butter) in a baking pan
Place coated grouse sections on top of the sliced butter and
bake until done at 375.

Very tasty.

What is your favorite?
