Quail whistle can't find them anywhere!!!

At the above link Sean Derrig has a quail whistle on his lanyard(red). I want to know where i can get the same one. I have looked everywhere and had no luck. Can someone please LMK where i can get one or what they are properly called.

the red whistle is called a Shepherd's Whistle.

Is this the whistle that you can make quail calls with? Like the "bob-bob-white"?
