Do you have graphic software for resizing pic. and saving as jpeg ?
When you save for the web ( jpeg), look for the size specs listed with preview and make sure it fits the guidelines for avatar.

I resized mine with microsoft paint. You can do it with MS photo too.

Katies You could email me the pic, I could resize it, email it back to you and then you could save the new resized pic to your computer and then upload it to this site.
