Hey, I've decided to do a little Christmas photo contest on my blog:

If you take any silly holiday photos of your dogs this year, please email them to me and I'll post them on the blog. I probably won't get a lot, but hopefully a few out there will think it's a fun idea. Prize to be determined later, but there will be a prize.

Deadline depends on how many I get. Probably Sunday after Christmas, something like that. Hadn't thought that part through!

Definitely send me something, Denise! Winnie is not eligible, however I do have a couple entries from a sibling of hers already. So there will be other wirehaired vizslas, but none as pretty as Winnie!!

Glad people like the idea, I think it will be fun.

That is awesome! Hank would like to thank the academy, all of his fans and supporters, errr....just kidding.

But we are very lucky to be picked and very thankful for the prize. I think this is a great idea, and I would love to see the contest keep going. In fact, I am going to propose a new contest for January with a small prize to the winner. I am open to suggestions for the contest parameters. If we are able to keep this thing going, maybe we could even publish a fundraiser calendar next year for gundogforum???

Anyway, thanks again Eddie for your good idea.
