Post by live4point » Wed Dec 31, 2008 3:00 am

I just reread some of the Jim the wonder dog book, and it got me wondering if there are any of his descendents left, and if so what are names in bloodline? For those of you unfamiliar with Jim,read the book,an amazing and wierd story of a special dog.

Seventy years is a long time for a story to grow. :)

I worked in Marshall in my early Twentys and the old times held to seeing very much of these things that Jim the Wonder Dog did as truth. I can recall them telling about Jim reading license plate numbers and even picking out different color of cars, such as get the license number of the yellow car, and Jim would go pick it out. I think if I rember right there is a tribute to Jim just right off the square in Marshall. Seem's amazing to nearly imposible to me , but they swore it to be truth.
Never got to see it myself, but listening to them tell thier storys, they not only believed it they told it for fact.
